Discussion on career choice
Being a manager in the customer service industry allows me to see my own abilities in managing time, people, and money. Customer service plays an important role in an organization's ability to generate income and revenue. From that perspective, customer service should be included as part of an overall approach to systematic improvement. Without frontliners holding fort outside the office, and without a person to manage the store, the executives in the office would not be able to hold out. It will also test if I can be able to cope well in stress. |
